Cancellations
An order placed with Promethean Tactical LLC may be canceled prior to the order being shipped. All cancellation requests must be made through the customer service department via email. If the order has been shipped the order cannot be canceled and a return must be made in accordance with all rules applicable to returns. Please note that the return of an item/package will be made at the customers expense.
All cancellations are final.
Returns/Exchanges
If a product is defective or damaged in any way upon receipt or the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, and wishes to return/exchange the product it must be done within30 days of purchase. Returns must be done through customer service via email.
Returns/exchanges will only be accepted for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Promethean Tactical LLC reserves the right to refuse any refund/exchange that is found to be outside of these specifications.
Warranty
Promethean Tactical magazine base plates come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair any part found to be defective during this period, provided the defect is not due to normal wear and tear (scratches, marring, scuffing, etc.). Please note that dropping a loaded and unloaded magazine onto hard surfaces may void the warranty on affected parts. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or handling beyond standard conditions.
Shipping Times
All shipments are directly from Promethean Tactical LLC. A shipment can be expected to be sent within 5 business days, though these times are subject to vary during holiday and times of high traffic.
Promethean Tactical LLC is a small startup, though we work very hard to make sure your order is sent in a timely manner we apologize if there is any delay. If there are any issues with shipping times beyond this time, please let our customer service know so they may investigate the delay.
Customer Restrictions
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearms and firearm accessories. Contact your local FFL with any questions regarding state and local laws.
If ordering a handgun, handgun magazine, or accessory that extends magazine capacity, you must be:
21 years of age or older
A legal resident in the state you are ordering from
In a non-restricted state

Due to the nature of our firearm accessories at Promethean Tactical LLC we cannot ship to certain states with magazine capacity limitations. You are responsible for knowing your local and state laws. When purchasing base plates that extend capacity past 15 rounds these states include, but may not limited to:

-Connecticut
-Delaware
-Hawaii
-Illinois
-Maryland
-Massachusetts
-New Jersey
-New York
-Rhode Island
-Vermont
-Washington State
When purchasing base plates that do not extend capacity more than 15 rounds but fit onto magazines that extend past 10 rounds these states include,
but may not be limited to:
-California

-Connecticut
-District of Columbia
-Illinois
-Hawaii
-Maryland
-Massachusetts
-New Jersey
-New York
-Rhode Island
-Washington
Promethean Tactical LLC will update this list as laws change in these or other states. Promethean Tactical LLC supports you constitutional rights, as states change their legislation we will open sales for your respective state when legislation has been finalized.
*At this time however Promethean Tactical LLC cannot honor any exceptions for magazine capacity restrictions within these states, and as such will be unable to ship to them for the foreseeable future, we apologize for any inconvenience.*
Indemnity
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Promethean Tactical LLC from any claim or demand including attorney fees, court costs, and other associated legal disbursements and expenses related to any content you submit or make available through our services.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Dakota. Promethean Tactical LLC and you hereby agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Grand Forks, North Dakota. By placing an online order with Promethean Tactical LLC, the customer hereby agrees to all of these Terms & Conditions.
Safety Disclaimer
Promethean Tactical magazine base plates are under spring tension. For your safety, we strongly recommend using eye protection and to avoid pointing the base of the magazine at your face or in the direction of others when installing or uninstalling baseplates. By using our products, you acknowledge that Promethean Tactical is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the installation or removal of the baseplates.
